The service

Tanneen connects a merchant's Salla store to a WhatsApp Business number through the WhatsApp Business Platform and answers store customers' questions based on the store's data.

Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are purchased through the Salla App Store at the listed plan prices. WhatsApp messaging fees charged by Meta are paid by the merchant directly to Meta through their own account, unless stated otherwise.

Merchant responsibilities

• Keeping store data (products, prices, policies) accurate, since replies are based on it.
• Complying with the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta's terms, including obtaining customers' opt-in before messaging them.
• Reviewing bot settings and taking over conversations that need human attention.

Limitation of liability

Bot replies are automatically generated and may contain errors. We work to keep them accurate but are not liable for losses resulting from reliance on them, or for outages of Meta or Salla services.

Suspension and cancellation

Merchants may cancel at any time through Salla. We may suspend the service for violations of these terms or of Meta's policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
