Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your data from Tanneen at any time.

Merchants

1. Uninstall Tanneen from your Salla store. Your store's data and conversations are deleted automatically within 30 days.
2. Or email isralbehy@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request", including your store name and connected WhatsApp number.

Store customers

Email isralbehy@gmail.com with your phone number and the store you contacted. We delete your conversations within 30 days and confirm by email.
